If PrizeBear isn’t loading, tracking correctly, or working as expected, try the steps below before contacting support. Most issues can be resolved quickly using this guide.
Before You Start (Important)
PrizeBear and its offer providers do not support:
VPNs or proxy connections
Emulators or virtual devices
Modified, jailbroken, or rooted devices
Aggressive ad blockers, DNS filters, or script blockers
Some offers are restricted by country, device type, or provider rules. If an offer fails once, repeatedly retrying it may prevent tracking.
1. Pages Not Loading or Site Running Slowly or Freezing
Try the following:
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions
Make sure your browser is up to date
Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)
On mobile:
Close and reopen your browser
Restart your device
Ensure your device software is up to date
2. Login or Account Access Issues
Check that:
You are using the correct email and password
You reset your password if needed
Cookies are enabled
You clear cookies if stuck in a login loop or constant redirect
3. Offers or Surveys Not Tracking
Before retrying, confirm that:
All required steps were completed correctly
The offer was completed in one session
You used the same device from start to finish
You did not use private/incognito mode
Cookies, redirects, and pop-ups were enabled
VPNs, proxies, emulators, and ad blockers were disabled
You did not refresh or close the page during redirect
You did not switch tabs while completing the offer
You have not previously installed the app or game
Your internet connection was stable
Survey-specific tips:
Disable ad blockers
Answer honestly and consistently
Do not switch tabs during the survey
⚠️ Tracking may take time. Some offers do not track instantly and can take minutes or hours to appear.
4. QR Code or App Install Issues
If QR codes will not scan or apps fail to install:
Clean your camera lens and try again
Increase screen brightness
Restart your device
Ensure you have enough storage space
Verify your device meets the app’s requirements
Ensure tracking is allowed (iOS: Allow Apps to Request to Track / Android: Ad Personalization)
5. Errors When Opening Offers or Surveys
Try the following steps:
Refresh the page
Log out and log back in
Clear cache and cookies
Disable browser extensions temporarily
Try another browser or device
Wait a few minutes (issues are sometimes temporary on the provider’s side)
6. If Issues Continue
If none of the steps resolve the problem:
Take a screenshot or video of the issue
Note which device, browser you were using
Include the offer provider and the specific offer involved
