Troubleshooting Tips for PrizeBear Site

If something on PrizeBear is not loading, not tracking, or not working as expected, try the steps below before contacting support. These fixes resolve most issues quickly.


1. Pages Not Loading or Site Running Slowly

Try the following:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

  • Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions

  • Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version

  • Try switching to another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)

On mobile:

  • Close all tabs and reopen your browser

  • Restart your device

  • Ensure your device software is up to date


2. Login or Account Access Issues

Check the following:

  1. Make sure you are using the correct email and password

  2. Use Forgot Password if needed

  3. Clear cookies if you are stuck in a login loop or constantly redirected


3. Offers or Surveys Not Tracking

Before retrying, confirm:

  • All tasks were completed exactly as required

  • You used the same device from start to finish

  • You did not use private/incognito mode

  • Cookies and tracking are enabled

  • VPN/Proxy/VPS/emulator is disabled

  • You have not previously installed the app or game

  • You had a stable internet connection

Survey-specific tips:

  • Disable ad blockers

  • Answer honestly and consistently

  • Do not switch tabs during the survey


4. QR Code or App Install Issues

If QR codes will not scan or apps fail to install:

  • Clean your camera lens and try again

  • Verify your device meets the app’s requirements

  • Ensure tracking is allowed (iOS: Allow Apps to Request to Track / Android: Ad Personalization)

Try the following steps:

  • Refresh the page

  • Log out and log back in

  • Clear cache and cookies

  • Disable browser extensions temporarily

  • Try another browser or device

  • Wait a few minutes (issues are sometimes temporary on the provider’s side)


6. PrizeBear Running Slowly or Freezing

If the platform becomes unresponsive:

  • Close unused browser tabs

  • Restart your device

  • Disable heavy extensions (VPNs, ad blockers, script blockers)

  • Use a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi preferred over mobile data)


7. If Issues Continue

  2. Note which device, browser, and Offerwall/Survey router you used

  3. Contact PrizeBear support with full details
