How Offers Work: A Beginner's Guide

Completing Your First PrizeBear Offer: What You Need to Know


Welcome to PrizeBear! You’re only a few steps away from finishing your first offer and earning your first Coins. Follow this guide to complete an offer correctly and make sure it tracks.


Create and Verify Your PrizeBear Account

  1. Go to PrizeBear.com and click Get Started in the top-right corner.

  2. In the pop-up, switch to the Sign Up tab.

  3. Enter your username, email, password, and confirm your password.

  4. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Create Account.

  5. Check your email for a verification code (valid for 15 minutes).

  6. Enter the code on PrizeBear to activate your account.


Go to the Earn Section: Lobby vs Offers

Open the Earn menu at the top of the site. You’ll see:

  1. Lobby: Access to all Offerwalls and Survey Routers. This is where you’ll find the largest variety of offers and surveys.

  2. Offers: A curated list of featured tasks from:

    • Playtime (US-only game offers, only available in Offers)

    • PrizeBear-exclusive offers (only available in Offers)

    • Lootably, Revlum, AyeT Studios, Torox

  3. My Activity – Where you track the status of offers you’ve started.

For your first offer, you can start from either Lobby (maximum choice) or Offers (highlighted tasks).


Choose the Type of Offer You Want

From the Lobby or Offers page, browse the available options:

  • Games & Apps — Install a game/app and reach a certain level or milestone

  • Surveys — Answer questions for market research partners

  • Extensions / Tools — Install and keep a browser extension

  • Sign-up / Trial Offers — Register or complete trial steps (clearly labeled if paid)

Click on an offer to open its details page.


Read the Offer Details Carefully

On the offer details page, review:

  • Device Requirements: Desktop, iOS, or Android.

  • Provider: Which Offerwall or Survey Router the offer belongs to.

  • Reward: How many Coins you’ll earn.

  • Requirements / Steps: Exactly what you must do (levels, purchases, registrations, etc.).

  • Time to Complete: How long you have to finish. If no time is shown, the default deadline is 30 days from when you start the offer.

Only proceed if you’re comfortable with the requirements (especially if a payment or subscription is needed).


Start the Offer (Desktop vs Mobile)

When you’re ready, click Start Offer:

  • Desktop offers

    • A new browser tab will open automatically.

    • Complete all steps in that tab in one continuous session when possible.

  • iOS / Android offers

    • A QR code will appear on your screen.

    • Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code.

    • Open the link and install the app or game directly from that link (do not search manually in the store).

Important: Each offer is tied to one specific device. Start and finish the offer on the same device—switching devices will break tracking.


Enable Tracking and Follow All Steps

Once the app/game or page opens:

  • Allow tracking / app tracking / ad personalization when prompted.

  • Accept cookies in your browser.

  • Do not use VPNs, proxies, emulators, or private/incognito mode.

  • Complete every step listed in the offer description (e.g., reach level 10, finish tutorial, make a first purchase, verify email, etc.).

  • Keep the app installed and active until you receive credit.

Tracking data is sent from your device → advertiser → Offerwall → PrizeBear. If tracking is blocked at any point, you will not receive credit.


Finish Within the Time Limit

Make sure you complete all required actions:

  • Before the countdown expires (if shown), or

  • Within 30 days if no specific timer is displayed.

If you miss the deadline, the advertiser will not approve the offer and no Coins can be credited.


Check Your Offer Progress

1. Offers page (PrizeBear, Playtime offers, Featured providers)

All offers started from the Offers page are tracked directly by PrizeBear.
You will see all statuses in My Activity:

  • In Progress

  • Pending

  • Approved

  • Rejected

2. Lobby (Offerwalls + Survey Routers)

Offerwalls and Survey Routers use their own tracking system, so progress appears in two places:

Inside the Offerwall / Survey Router:

  • In Progress (this status appears only inside the provider)

In PrizeBear → My Activity:

  • Pending

  • Approved

  • Rejected

You will never see “In Progress” in My Activity for Offerwall offers.


Redeem Your Coins

Once your first offer is credited:

  1. Go to the Wallet section.

  2. Choose your preferred payout option (Ach, PayPal, Visa, gift cards, etc., depending on availability).

  3. Confirm the amount and follow the on-screen and e-mail instructions.


QR Code Issues — What to Do?

If you cannot scan the QR code on PrizeBear when starting a mobile offer, don’t worry—this is usually a simple device compatibility or camera setting issue. Follow the steps below to resolve it.


Use Your Phone’s Built-In Camera App

Most modern smartphones support QR code scanning directly through the default camera app.

Try this:

  1. Open your Camera app

  2. Point it steadily at the QR code

  3. Wait for a notification or banner to appear

  4. Tap the link to open the offer on your device

All iPhones and the majority of Android devices support this automatically.


If the Camera Does Not Detect QR Codes

Some older or budget Android devices do not include native QR scanning.

If nothing appears when pointing your camera at the code:

  • Search your app store for “QR code scanner”

  • Download any reliable, free QR scanning app

  • Open the app and scan the PrizeBear QR code again


Make Sure the QR Code Is Clearly Visible

If scanning still fails, check the following:

  • Increase your monitor brightness

  • Clean your phone’s camera lens

  • Hold your phone 15–25 cm from the screen

  • Make sure no glare or reflections cover the code

  • Enlarge the QR code on your screen by zooming in if needed


Offer Not Crediting? Who to Contact?

When an offer doesn’t credit, the right support team depends on where you started the offer and who tracks it.


Offers Started Inside an Offerwall or Survey Router

These offers are tracked completely by the Offerwall or Survey Router, not by PrizeBear. They control all tracking: clicks, installs, progress, and completion.

How These Offers Appear in My Activity Dashboard

  • They will not appear in the In Progress tab. Before completion, they are tracked only inside the Offerwall or Survey Router.

  • They will only appear as Pending, Approved, or Rejected once you complete them.

  • If a completed offer never appears at all, it did not track — only the Offerwall can fix this.

Who to Contact

  • Contact the Offerwall’s support team using their built-in support button.

Offers Started on the PrizeBear “Offers” Dashboard

These offers are tracked by PrizeBear and show up right away in My Activity dashboard→ In Progress tab.

Offer Status Overview

  • In Progress: You started the offer and requirements are not yet complete.

  • Pending: You completed the requirements and the advertiser is reviewing your completion.

  • Approved: The offer has been confirmed and Coins were credited.

  • Rejected: The advertiser declined the offer.

Who to Contact

  • PrizeBear Offers: Contact PrizeBear Support (see full guide for details).

  • Third-party offers shown on the Offers page: These still belong to external providers, so you must contact the Offerwall directly.

Why Was My Offer Not Credited?

There are several reasons why an offer or survey may not credit immediately on PrizeBear. Understanding how tracking works and what you can expect will help you determine the next best step.


Offers Can Take Up to 72 Hours to Credit

Most Offerwalls and Survey Routers send completion data to PrizeBear within several minutes or hours, but some advertisers require more time to verify activity. In these cases, credit may take up to 72 hours to appear.

Submitting a support ticket before the 72-hour window will not speed up the process, as both Oferrwalls and PrizeBear cannot manually credit partner offers until the advertiser confirms the completion.

Always wait the full 72 hours before contacting support. Always make sure to contact the correct support:

  • Offerwall Support for their offers.

  • PrizeBear Support for PrizeBear-provided offers.


Invalid Tracking: Offerwall Did Not Send Confirmation to PrizeBear

PrizeBear does not track or validate completion internally. Instead:

  1. You complete the offer or survey.

  2. The advertiser or survey provider verifies your completion.

  3. They send credit approval or rejection to PrizeBear.

If no confirmation is sent, PrizeBear cannot credit the offer. If tracking appears delayed, wait 72 hours, then contact the appropriate support team:

  • Offerwall Support for their offers.

  • PrizeBear Support for PrizeBear-provided offers.

Understanding Pending Status

Certain offers may credit instantly but be placed in a temporary pending status depending on value:

  • Under $10: Instant

  • $10–$15: 7-day hold

  • $15–$25: 25-day hold

  • Above $25: 35-day hold

Offers May Be Rejected for Fraudulent or Invalid Tracking

Offerwalls and advertisers perform strict fraud checks before releasing credit.
Even if you believe you completed the offer correctly, it may be rejected if their systems detect:

  • VPN, Proxy, VPS, or Emulator usage

  • Multiple accounts or shared devices/IPs

  • Prior installation of the same app

  • Switching devices mid-offer

  • Inconsistent survey responses

  • Incorrect personal information

  • Fake, incomplete, or low-quality engagement

  • Attempting the offer more than once

Fraud detection is automated and final. If a provider flags the activity as invalid, PrizeBear must honor their decision and cannot override it.

If you want to appeal a rejected offer, contact the appropriate support team:

  • Offerwall Support for their offers.

  • PrizeBear Support for PrizeBear-provided offers.


Can PrizeBear Approve Pending Offers?

Yes. The PrizeBear team can manually approve pending offers before its automatic release, as long as you submit valid proof of completion and it is successfully verified. However, submitting proof does not guarantee early release; some offers cannot be expedited.

How to Request Early Release by Submitting Proof

  1. Open My Activity

  2. Select the Pending tab

  3. Click View next to the pending offer

  4. Choose Submit Proof

  5. Upload up to 5 screenshots showing valid completion

  6. Confirm the legitimacy checkbox

  7. Submit your proof

Important Notes

  • Review time is usually within 24–48 hours.

  • Submitting proof does not guarantee early release; some offers cannot be expedited.

  • False or unclear proof may delay approval, cause rejection, or trigger account penalties.


How Can I Maximize My Earnings on PrizeBear?

To earn the most on PrizeBear, focus on high-value offers, follow offer requirements carefully, and make use of all earning features. Below are the most effective strategies.


1. Pick High-Paying Offers

Game milestones, subscription trials, and app installs typically offer the highest payouts.


2. Use the Correct Device

Always use the device required by the offer:

  • Desktop offers → complete in a browser

  • Mobile offers → scan QR code and install on your phone

Never switch devices mid-offer.


3. Allow Tracking

Offers can only credit if tracking works properly. Make sure to:

  • Enable app tracking (iOS)

  • Enable ad personalization (Android)

  • Accept cookies

  • Disable VPN/proxy/emulator

  • Turn off ad blockers

If tracking fails, the offer cannot credit.


4. Keep Your Survey Profiles Honest

Survey routers rely on accurate demographic information. Being consistent and truthful increases qualification rates and reduces disqualifications.


5. Complete Offers Within Their Time Limits

Watch any countdown shown in the offer. If no timer is displayed, most offers have a default completion window of 30 days.


6. Check Multiple Offerwalls and Survey Routers

Different providers list different offers. If one wall has few options for your region, another may have many.


7. Avoid Common Tracking Mistakes

These actions frequently cause offers to fail:

  • Switching devices mid-offer

  • Clearing app data

  • Reinstalling the app before completion

  • Losing internet connection

  • Using prohibited tools (VPN, emulator, proxy)

  • Completing the same offer on another GPT site


8. Use PrizeBear’s Gamification Features

Boost your earnings with:

  • Daily Challenges

  • Tournaments

  • Leaderboards

  • Tiers

  • Lottery

  • Spin the Wheel

  • Promo Codes

  • Rain System

These provide extra Coins on top of your completed offers and surveys.
