Prohibited Tools: VPNs, Proxies, VPS, and Device Emulators
Prohibited Tools: VPNs, Proxies, VPS, and Device Emulators
PrizeBear strictly prohibits the use of VPNs, proxies, VPS services, and device emulators when completing offers. These tools hide or alter your real device, location, and network environment, which advertisers classify as invalid or fraudulent traffic.
Using any of these tools will result in:
Offers that fail to track, are not approved, or have their credits reversed
Permanent account suspension for violating platform rules
Always complete offers using your real device, real network, and actual location. This ensures proper validation and helps maintain a trustworthy environment for all users.
Automation Prohibited: No Bots, Scripts, or Macros
Automation Prohibited: No Bots, Scripts, or Macros
Automated tools such as bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to mimic user actions are strictly forbidden. Advertisers require genuine human engagement, and automation violates their terms, triggers fraud detection systems, and invalidates offer completions.
Using automated tools will result in:
Offers that fail to track, are not approved, or have their credits reversed
Permanent account suspension for violating platform rules
To protect your account and ensure successful earnings, always complete offers manually and follow each provider’s instructions exactly as intended.
User and Household Limit
User and Household Limit
PrizeBear enforces a strict one account per user and one account per household policy. This rule exists to prevent abuse of the advertiser by creating artificial traffic.
Violations will lead to:
Offers that are not approved, or have their credits reversed
Permanent account suspension for violating platform rules
If a breach results from an honest mistake and there is no indication of intentional misuse, PrizeBear may permit one account to remain active. Such decisions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are made entirely at PrizeBear’s discretion.
Non-Duplication of Offers
Non-Duplication of Offers
Each offer can only be completed once. Completing the same offer again—whether intentionally or accidentally—will not be credited, as advertisers only pay for first-time, unique conversions.
To avoid issues, always check whether you have previously interacted with that advertiser, app, or service.
New Accounts Only
New Accounts Only
Only new accounts are eligible for offers. If you have previously installed a particular app, offer will not be tracked, and you will not receive credit for reinstalling or engaging with it again.
Always verify that you meet the eligibility criteria before starting a new-account offer.
Accurate Information
Accurate Information
When completing offers, you must provide accurate information and meet the advertiser's requirements. This rule applies particularly to survey offers.
Using incorrect details, fake emails, disposable information, or misleading data violates advertiser requirements and causes offers to fail validation.
Completion Timeframe
Completion Timeframe
All offers must be completed within 30 days of starting them, unless the advertiser specifies a different timeframe.
Ensure you follow the stated time limits to remain eligible for the reward.
What Is a Chargeback?
What Is a Chargeback?
A chargeback — also called a reversal — happens an Offerwall or Survey Provider notifies PrizeBear that an offer or survey completion was invalid. This can occur if the task was not completed correctly, did not meet quality standards, or failed their compliance checks.
When a chargeback occurs, the advertiser refuses to pay for the completion, and PrizeBear is required to remove the previously awarded reward. GPT platforms can only credit users after advertisers approve the completion, so any invalid activity must be corrected.
In simple terms: A chargeback removes a reward that was previously approved because the advertiser later rejected the completion.
If your available balance is not enough to cover the chargeback, your account will show a negative balance. You must earn enough new rewards to clear this negative balance before you can make another withdrawal.
PrizeBear is required to follow advertiser decisions. Chargebacks are not negotiable and cannot be appealed unless the advertiser explicitly permits an investigation.
Why Do Chargebacks Happen?
Why Do Chargebacks Happen?
Advertisers have strict validation systems to ensure that rewards are only paid for genuine, high-quality activity.
Chargebacks can happen for many reasons, including:
General Reasons
Using a VPN, proxy, VPS, or device emulator
Attempting to complete the same offer more than once
Using multiple accounts to repeat offers or surveys
Using bots, scripts, or macros
Providing false or incomplete information
Early cancellation of a required trial or subscription
Activity flagged as fraudulent or non-genuine
Offer steps not fully completed as instructed
Survey-Specific Reasons
Survey routers and survey creators have additional quality checks. Surveys may be reversed for:
Inconsistent or contradictory answers
Speeding (completing too fast to be credible)
Poor or low-effort open-ended responses
Suspicious answer patterns
Poor data quality or “straight-lining”
Even good survey-takers can occasionally receive a chargeback; this is normal and determined solely by the survey provider.
What Is the Chargeback Timeframe?
What Is the Chargeback Timeframe?
Chargebacks may occur days or weeks after an offer is approved. Some advertisers allow reversals for up to 90 days after completion.
Will I Be Suspended for a Chargeback?
Will I Be Suspended for a Chargeback?
A single chargeback does not automatically lead to suspension. However, the following cases can lead to additional review and suspension:
Repeated chargebacks
High chargeback percentages
Chargebacks caused by fraudulent behaviour
