What Are Instant Payouts?
Instant Payouts allow you to convert your PrizeBear coins into real rewards delivered immediately. Depending on your region, available payout options may include:
Bank Transfer (ACH)
PayPal
Virtual Visa
Physical Visa
Merchant Gift Cards
Venmo
Cash App
Charity Donations
And more, depending on your location
As soon as you submit your payout, PrizeBear processes it instantly. You will then receive an email with final instructions for the specific payout method you selected.

Open the Wallet in the top-right corner of the PrizeBear website.
Select the Instant Payouts tab.
Browse the available payout methods, or filter by category using the dropdown menu.
Choose your preferred payout option.
Select the amount you want to withdraw.
Enter the recipient’s email address and name.
Important: The owner of the email address you enter will have access to complete the payout.
Click Get Instant Reward.
After submitting your request, the recipient will receive an email with the final steps needed to complete the payout.

Payout options depend on the country you are from.Different countries support different providers and gift card networks.
For example:
ACH and Venmo are available only in the United States.
Certain merchant cards are region-locked.
PayPal and Visa options may appear globally but still vary by country.
Can I Use a Different Email Address?
Can I Use a Different Email Address?
Yes. The email address you enter for your payout does not need to match your PrizeBear account email.
For example:
Send a PayPal payout to any PayPal-supported email
Send a gift card to a friend or family member
Use a different email for work or personal wallets
Important: Always double-check the email address before submitting
Once you confirm your payout, PrizeBear immediately sends the payout message to that recipient email, and the person who owns that inbox will be able to complete the final redemption steps.
Because payouts are processed instantly, we cannot change the email or reverse the payout after it has been submitted.

PrizeBear processes your payout instantly. After clicking Get Instant Reward, you receive:
Immediate processing on PrizeBear’s side
An email with final redemption steps, which vary depending on the payout method
Examples of additional steps:
PayPal payouts may require accepting the payment
Visa cards may require activation
Merchant gift cards may require redeeming a code
ACH transfers may require confirming routing/account details
Can I Use Gift Cards in Another Country?

In most cases, no. Most merchant gift cards are region-locked, meaning they can only be redeemed in the region they are issued for.
Before sending a payout to someone in another country, ensure the gift card matches their region.

Instant Payouts are non-refundable. Once delivered, the payout cannot be reversed because it is immediately accessible to the email address you provided.
Refunds cannot be issued for:
Entering the wrong email
Selecting the wrong payout method
Redeeming a region-locked gift card in the wrong region
Sending a payout to the wrong person
If your payout code is invalid or not working, PrizeBear Support can help verify the issue with the provider.
