How Can I Redeem a Promo Code?

Follow the steps below depending on your device.

On Desktop

1. Log in to your PrizeBear account.
2. Go to the top navigation bar.
3. Hover over or click Rewards.
4. Select Tiers from the dropdown menu.
5. Open the Promo Code tab.
6. Enter your promo code in the input field.
7. Select Redeem to claim your reward.

On Mobile

1. Log in to PrizeBear from your mobile browser.
2. Tap the Menu button (☰) in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Tap Tiers under the Rewards section
4. Tap the Promo Code tab.
5. Enter your promo code in the input field.
6. Select Redeem to claim your reward.

If a promo code has already reached its usage limit, you will see a message indicating that it is no longer available.
