How Do the Daily Challenges Work?

Daily Challenges are simple, repeatable goals that reward you for completing a certain number of offers each day.

Key Details

• Daily Reset: All challenges refresh at 12:00 AM EST every day.
• Progress Tracking: Progress updates when an offer appears as pending or completed in your Activity page.
• Completion Requirements: You must complete the number of offers shown on each challenge card.
• Claiming Rewards: When a challenge is complete, tap Claim to receive your rewards.
• Expiration: Rewards must be claimed before the daily reset — unclaimed rewards expire.

Where Can I Find Daily Challenges?

On Desktop

1. Log in to your PrizeBear account.
2. Go to the top navigation bar.
3. Hover over or click Earn.
4. Select Lobby from the dropdown menu.
5. Daily Challenges appear at the top of the Lobby page.

On Mobile

Option 1: Quick Access via Earn Tab

1. Tap Earn in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Daily Challenges appear at the top of the page.

Option 2: Through the Menu

1. Tap the Menu button (☰).
2. Tap Lobby under the Earn category.
3. Daily Challenges appear at the top.

What Rewards Can I Earn From Daily Challenges?

Daily Challenges currently offer two reward milestones.

Why Didn’t My Daily Challenge Progress Update?

If progress does not update right away, it may be due to:

• The offer hasn’t registered yet: Some Offerwalls take longer to send callbacks; progress updates automatically once received.
• You refreshed too early: Wait a few seconds for the system to process the offer.
• Connection issues: If your internet drops, progress may not update until the connection returns.
• Provider delays: Some offer networks report completions slightly later than others.
