Missing Credits or Issues? How to Request Offer Support

When an offer does not credit properly, the fastest way to resolve the issue is to contact the offer provider — Offerwall or Survey Rourter directly.

PrizeBear does not track or approve these offers. All tracking is done by the provider, and they are the only ones who can see:

• Tracking data
• Click logs
• Completion requirements
• Fraud and duplicate checks
• Device and attribution logs

Because they control the tracking, only the Offerwall or Survey Router can investigate and credit missing rewards for their offers.

PrizeBear Support can only help with PrizeBear-provided offers (offers where PrizeBear is the provider).
