What Are Tiers on PrizeBear?
Tiers are PrizeBear’s level-based reward system. You earn EXP by completing offers, daily challenges, using potions, and Spin the Wheel rewards. As your EXP increases, you unlock new Tiers.
Each Tier milestone unlocks a one-time reward package, which includes coins, spins, and Lottery tickets. Higher the Tier, better the rewards.
How It Work
Earn EXP: Gain EXP from completed offers, daily challenges, potions, and Spin the Wheel reward.
Unlock Tiers: Each new Tier unlocks automatically once you reach the required level milestone.
Claim Rewards: After unlocking a Tier, press Claim Reward on the Tiers page to receive your items..
One-Time Rewards: Each Tier reward can only be claimed once.

On Desktop
Log in to your PrizeBear account.
Go to the top navigation bar.
Hover over or click Rewards.
Select Tiers from the dropdown menu.
On Mobile
Log in to PrizeBear from your mobile browser.
Tap the Menu button (☰) in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap Tiers under the Rewards section

The Summary Bar provides a quick snapshot of your Tier progress, including your:

Displays your leveling progress, including your:
Current level and EXP
EXP progress bar
EXP required for the next Tier
All Tiers List
Shows every Tier and its reward package:
Required level
Cash reward
Number of spins
Number of Lottery tickets
Claim status (Claimed or Locked)

Why Didn’t My Tier Unlock?
Why Didn’t My Tier Unlock?
A Tier will only unlock if:
You have reached the required level, and
Your EXP has fully updated on your account.
If EXP appears delayed, it may be because:
The offer you completed is still processing.
Your internet connection temporarily interrupted the update.
Your Tier status will update automatically once the offer is credited or after the PrizeBear site finishes processing the EXP from your claimed reward.

Yes, once you press Claim Reward, all items are applied instantly:
Cash → Added to your Wallet balance
Spins → Added to Spin the Wheel inventory
Tickets → Added to your weekly Lottery entries
