At PrizeBear, we want our community to be a safe and respectful place for everyone. To maintain this standard, we may issue chat bans to users who violate our rules or disrupt the experience for others.
Why Chat Bans Happen
A chat ban may be applied for reasons such as:
Using offensive, hateful, or discriminatory language
Spamming or flooding the chat
Promoting scams, referrals, or unrelated services
Harassing or targeting other users
Attempting to share personal information (your own or others)
How Long a Ban Lasts
Temporary Ban: In most cases, bans are temporary and last anywhere from a few hours to several days, depending on the severity of the violation.
Permanent Ban: Serious or repeated violations may result in a permanent chat ban.
What a Chat Ban Means
You will no longer be able to send messages in chat while banned.
You can still use your PrizeBear account, complete offers, and withdraw earnings.
The ban only applies to the chat feature.
Can a Ban Be Appealed?
If you believe your ban was a mistake, you may contact support. When submitting an appeal, please include:
Your PrizeBear username
The date of the ban (if known)
A short explanation of why you believe the ban should be reconsidered
Keep in mind that not all bans are reversible, especially in cases of severe rule-breaking.
