If you are having an issue with an offer provided by Torox, we recommend contacting them directly by opening a support ticket:
Go to Torox's support page for missing rewards, at the bottom of the page you will find their contact form:
Enter your name and email, select "I'm a user" from the "You are" dropdown.
Your account details (your Prizebear ID, found in Profile > Settings), the name of the offer you participated in and the value of the missing rewards, and links to screenshots that show proof of completion, as well as any identifying information from the game (e.g., user ID, usually found in game settings).
Press "Send Message".
Torox can now begin helping you to resolve any issues.
