To contact AdGate, you can create a general ticket or follow these steps to raise an issue with a specific offer:
Go to the AdGate partner page or select them from the Offerwalls section of the Prizebear
In the AdGate pop-up, use the three lines in the top-left of the page to open the sidebar, and select "Reward Status".
Open the offer you are having issues with, and press the "Contact" button below the offer.
AdGate's support team will now be able to help you with your issue.
